Services Provided
Metro Recycling provides the following services:
Catalyst Recycling Services
- Purchase and processing of catalytic converters (automotive and industrial)
- Processing of DPF (Diesel Particulate Filters) and DOC (Diesel Oxidation Catalysts)
- Recycling of petrochemical catalysts
- XRF analysis for precious metal content determination
- Lot management and tracking services
Analysis & Valuation
- Laboratory analysis using XRF technology
- PPM (parts per million) content reporting for Platinum, Palladium, and Rhodium
- Market-based pricing calculations
- Detailed lot valuation reports
California Compliance: All services comply with California Environmental Protection Agency (CalEPA) regulations, California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) requirements, and local air quality management district rules.
Communication Terms
By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive business communications via:

- Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transaction in dispute
- We are not responsible for market price fluctuations of precious metals
- Analysis results are based on sample testing and may vary
Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold Metro Recycling harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these terms, applicable laws, or third-party rights.
California Law: Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some of the above limitations may not apply.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services:
Immediate Termination
For violations of these terms, illegal activities, or fraud attempts
30-Day Notice
For operational changes or business decisions with proper notice
