Terms of Service

By using any service, submitting materials, requesting quotes, or engaging in any communication with US Cores Recycling ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services or engage in business with us.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and US Cores Recycling in accordance with California Business and Professions Code and applicable federal regulations governing recycling and material disposal operations.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to conduct business with US Cores Recycling, as required by California law.

US Cores Recycling provides the following services:

California Compliance: All services comply with California Environmental Protection Agency (CalEPA) regulations, California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) requirements, and local air quality management district rules.

All quotes provided through our website or the US Cores App are estimates and are subject to change based on physical inspection and verification of the materials received.

• Quotes are valid for 7 business days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated
• Final pricing is determined upon receipt and evaluation of the cores at our facility
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on market conditions and material quality
• Photos submitted through our platform are used for preliminary evaluation only

When submitting materials for disposal or processing:

• You represent that you are the lawful owner of the materials or are authorized to submit them for disposal
• You are responsible for proper packaging and shipping of materials to our facility
• Risk of loss transfers to us only upon confirmed receipt and inspection at our facility
• We are not responsible for materials lost or damaged during transit unless we have arranged the shipping

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of services and legal action:

• US Cores Recycling is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services
• Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transaction in dispute
• We are not responsible for market price fluctuations of precious metals
• Inspection results are based on physical evaluation and may vary from photo-based pre-reviews

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold US Cores Recycling harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these terms, applicable laws, or third-party rights.

California Law: Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some of the above limitations may not apply.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services:

Upon termination, any pending transactions will be completed according to the original terms, and final payments will be processed within 30 business days.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business operations. When we make changes:

• The updated terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date
• Material changes will be communicated via email to active customers
• Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms
• You may request a copy of previous versions for your records

California Notice Requirement: We will provide at least 30 days notice for any material changes that may affect your rights or obligations.
